Maui Honeymoon Review- Ritz Carlton Kapalua Maui

Thank you Unforgettable Honeymoons for this amazing suggestion and package.  We Loved the Ritz! our favorite… It’s hard to pick one thing! We both agreed that it was our room. Breathtakingly beautiful. Know one can compare to the Ritz Carlton with there exquisite taste in decorating and comfortability. We had a killer view with a balcony. Our favorite thing was falling asleep with the breeze blowing into our room listening to the sound ocean. Relaxing and peaceful.

It was a magical experience. We could not have had a better experience from start to finish. We received e-mails of the details and tips of our package from who to get the rental car from, to which travel guide book was the best, little tips reminding us of the top 10 things to do in our destination, to how to use the room credit and she put us in contact with the concierge at our hotel so we could ask them any questions or give personal preferences before we arrived. Had we not had all of these tips and guidance we wouldn’t have been able to optimize all that was available to us, another great key to us having a good time.

The honeymoon turned out perfect because of these key decisions.

The service, the view, our room, the food, the beach was amazing.

Any other comments? Without sounding cheesy, I want to say that we couldn’t have asked for more. We feel so blessed to have seen and experienced Maui together. We also want to tell you that there are horror stories that other couples that we met shared with us. Note: they did not use Unforgettable Honeymoons. lol.. The research that you need to do is on the company you choose to help you with your honeymoon. If you don’t choose Unforgettable Honeymoons, choose someone reputable.

It’s so important. It’s one of the most important decisions you will make, so choose wisely.

Maui Honeymoon Review, The Ritz Carlton Kapalua

The Ritz Carlton in Maui, stunningly luxurious! . there was so much more to do than we expected. We thought we would go there and just relax by the beach but instead, we did that for a little bit and we just wanted to go exploring. We would just go for a drive and turn into random plazas and we found wonderful shops, and just driving around you always see the clear blue water.

It was beautiful, and so much to do/see that there was never a dull moment.

The highlight of the honeymoon? Snorkeling at Molokini.

Was our service what you expected? Yes!!

The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua was the perfect place to kick off our honeymoon (we went to Kaui for the second half).

Our Deluxe Ocean View Room was luxurious and tranquil with a terrace overlooking the expansive golf course. It was relaxing to stroll around the hotel and sip cocktails in the open-air lounge or the terrace on the club level. The beautiful ocean views and serene atmosphere created the perfect romantic getaway, and the food at the Banyan Tree, Merriman’s, and Kai Sushi was fresh and delicious. There is so much to love about this resort – the location, weather, amenities, and service are outstanding.

It was incredible to walk out onto the pristine beach and dive into the ocean. The club level was truly exceptional in terms of service and presentation. Here, we had access to amazing breakfast, lunch and evening food presentations every day, not to mention signature cocktails any time of day. The concierge was superb. We got great tips from Athena on the best routes and things to do around the island – the Haleakala Crater, Lahaina, the road to Hana, hiking through Haleakala Park to see the bamboo forest and wade in the Seven Sacred Pools. What was also so amazing was the way that Renee was there via email to answer any of our questions and make recommendations while we were there! Between The Ritz-Carlton and Unforgettable Honeymoons, we were truly in great hands.

Our honeymoon exceeded our expectations. The staff at the Ritz-Carlton treated us like VIPs and made our experience there so special. We were so impressed by the friendly, professional service and would recommend all of our friends to stay at the Ritz-Carlton if they visit Maui.

Unforgettable Honeymoons prepared us so well for our honeymoon. Their assistance with our itinerary enabled us to make the most of our six nights there. One piece of advice we would give is, give yourself plenty of time to go through the security check at the airport. We experienced some stress when we almost missed our flight out of Maui due to the incredibly long security lines.

Almost All Inclusive Maui Honeymoon Review – Unforgettable Honeymoons

All of Unforgettable Honeymoons Maui recommendations were great and so helpful. We LOVED the Ritz Carlton and the club almost concierge package, honestly the concierge lounge was amazing! It saved us so much money too because we were able to go in there for a full breakfast every day, snacks and a light lunch, appetizers before dinner, desserts, and an open bar all day and night! The chef in there was great too! We loved being in Kapalua because there were so many good restaurants in the area and there was a shuttle to all of them. There were also amazing beaches right near there and great snorkeling! We did the road to Hana one day, went down to Kaanapali beach, did the Lahaina luau, and enjoyed lounging at some of the incredible beaches right near Kapalua.

In the end, we were SO incredibly happy with our decision to go to Hawaii. We loved Maui and Kauai and are so happy we went to both islands! I think we would have regretted not going because it is somewhere that I don’t think we’ll be able to go again anytime soon. Thank you very much for all your help and suggestions. We will continue to recommend you to future travelers.

Review of Ritz Carlton Kapalua Maui Honeymoon with Unforgettable Honeymoons

The resort – fabulous. I have never seen any organization that had every staff person so completely on board with their mission, From the front desk to the maintenance guys – and everyone in between.

Every person went out of their way to ensure that we had everything that we needed. They all asked what else they could do, every time we spoke with any of them. They would all stop what they were doing and speak with us, asking what else to do, sharing their stories of how they came to live in Hawaii, they did this genuinely – not superficially. It was simply amazing.

As an executive in a large corporation, I am envious as this level of mission integration within its personnel is remarkable. I am talking about every person that works there. On the grounds, in the resort, parking the cars, serving food, in the stores, cleaning the rooms – every single person. Simply Remarkable. If there is a staff member not on board then we didn’t see them. Once a maintenance worker was doing something stopped fixing the ice machine and as we walked by, put his tools down and stepped towards us, asked us how we were enjoying things and if there was anything that he could personally do to make our stay better. This is genuine, I call it “mission-immersed.” And everyone else did the same thing at every interaction. WOW.

And whatever we wanted (and we wanted a lot) we got it, and we got the very best of it. Not one single item was amiss. It is still hard to believe.

The Concierge – we set out to make this something to remember. We worked with a lady named Angela (and to some extent with Jan.) Here is the person to send your clients. She knows the very best attractions and people for anything that you want to try. I asked her for her personal recommendations – and she delivered.

I would strongly recommend The Ritz Carlton as we had the perfect 30 year anniversary – and I appreciate you talking me into it.

This is the very first place that we have visited where we were not ready to leave.

Ritz Carlton Kapalua Maui Review

We stayed in Kapalua at the Ritz Carlton and were blown away by how easy everything was! Unforgettable Honeymoons took care of all of our arrangements and got us an INCREDIBLE deal for such a luxury hotel. The champagne and strawberries delivered to our room were a nice touch as well from our agent Renee.

Everything was perfect and the Ritz was nothing short of excellent. Everything you recommended was spot on. We ate at merriman’s and Lahaina grill. Both spectacular.
