Sloth Sanctuary

One of the main attractions in Costa Rica are the animals, and our favorites,  you guessed it, are the Sloths! They are so cute and adorable and fun to watch.   Couples will have have plenty of opportunities to spot these furry and cute tree-dwelling residents. the hotel has planted thousands of Cecropia trees (Guarumos), which sloths love. Listen closely for leaf rustling, and scan the treetops’ canopy. Sloths can be difficult to spot to the untrained eye, so ask any of the naturalist guides to help point them out.
