Spago- celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck
Celebrity chef Wolfgang Pucks California cuisine incorporates local Hawaiian seafood and produce into a dinner menu that changes daily. Located on the hotel’s upper lobby level, the open-air dining room features colorful murals of giant sea anemone on the walls and ceiling. Reserve a table at just the right time to catch the sunset.
Pacific Grill
This open-air restaurant on the north side of the swimming pool is on the lower lobby level. At breakfast, an la carte menu is offered in addition to hot and cold breakfast buffets. On Friday nights the restaurant serves a full seafood dinner buffet.
Ferraros
Offering Italian-influenced cuisine in an open-air, oceanfront setting, this bar and restaurant serves lunch and dinner. The open kitchen includes a wood-burning oven. The menu includes pizzas and salads. At dinner, a violin and guitar duo perform.
The Lobby Lounge
Located on the upper lobby level, this cocktail lounge also serves smoothies and pupus (Hawaiian appetizers). Live piano jazz is performed nightly. For those with a heartier appetite, room service items can be ordered and delivered here.
