Important Planning Notes

Curated Hotel Portfolio: We prioritize properties within our established network of trusted 4 and 5-star partners. If you have selected a specific hotel independently that falls outside our vetted portfolio, you are welcome to book it separately while we manage the remainder of your curated itinerary.

Investment & Security: We offer flexible booking rates only, guaranteed in USD, to protect your investment and ensure your trip is fully insurable. We do not offer prepaid/non-refundable internet only rates, nor do we do  offer nightly breakdowns or entire break-outs of package costs.

Europe Planning & Design Fees

Our professional fees cover our comprehensive design services, logistical management, and expert consultation.

• 1 country: 2-3 locations, 11 nights or less $299 per couple  ( minimum hotel spend budget $5500+ for two)
• 2 countries: up to 4 locations, under 14 nights $399 per couple  ( minimum hotel spend budget $7500+)
• 3 countries: 15-20 nights $500 per couple   ( minimum hotel spend budget $9500K+)
• 21 nights or more: $1000+ per couple  ( minimum hotel spend budget $13k+)

Our Selection Standard: We curate stays exclusively at 4-star and 5-star properties known for their service and romantic excellence. To maintain our quality guarantee, we do not book Airbnbs, VRBOs, or budget pensions. We prioritize properties that offer USD-guaranteed rates, ensuring your trip is fully protected by travel insurance.
