EXPERT ADVICE "Turks & Caicos" Islands: Turks and Caicos are very laid back. They are flat islands and tend to be rather dry.  Not far from the Bahamas.  If you are a couple that loves brilliant white sandy beaches, amazing turquoise water and you love to Scuba then Turks and Caicos might be a good choice.  If you are looking for hills, hiking, waterfalls, and lots of shopping then stay away.
